摘　　要：采用原子荧光光谱法直接测定食盐中的硒。结果该法相对标准偏差RSD为1．7％，加标回收率98．2％～101．0％。表明该法操作简便、快速、准确可靠，可以直接测定食盐中硒。To develop a method for Derect determination of Se in salt by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometer-AFS. RSD＇s obtained were 1.7% . Recoveries were in the range of 98.2% - 101.0%. The method is found to be fast and accurate. Therefore,it can be used for Derect determination of Se in salt.
