摘　　要：“国际商务合同双语翻译”是一门集商务专业知识与英语翻译理论为一体的涉外主要专业课之一。对于其教学方法的研究有助于教师更好地指导学生有针对性和有效率地学习。掌握基本的翻译理论,灵活应用到合同的翻译中和注重实际应用能力的培养是本论文的主要观点。Translation Techniques of International Business Contracts is one of the major professional courses combined with the international business knowledge and the Theory of English Translation.The studies on the teaching method will help the teachers do better in guiding the students purposely and effectively. Master the basic translation theory and apply them feasibly into the contract translation and attach importance to the application ability are the main points of view in the article.
