摘　　要：高校班级管理工作需适应时代要求,班级管理工作者必须彻底转变教育理念,正确认识创新本质,倡导创新精神,激发创新潜能,为学生的创新能力培养提供发展空间。只有学生才是班级的真正主人,班级管理应以学生的自我管理为主,通过培养创新人格、创新能力和创新思维,有效实施创新教育,形成创新人才辈出的新局面。The management job of class at university needs to adapt to the times, the managers must thoroughly change the education philosophy of class, understand correctly the essence of innovation, and advocacy the spirit of innovation, and stimulate innovation potential, and provide the space of development with creative abilities to students. Only students are the true masters in class, It should be mainly that the students manage themselves in the class, through the innovative personality and creativity and innovative thinking trained, the innovative education is implemented effectively, and the new situation of most innovative talent is formated.
