摘  要:行星齿轮变速器的设计是一件复杂而困难的工作,本文对由两个单排2K-H型差动轮系构成的复合轮系进行了分析,从中找出几个符合变速器传动比范围的轮系,并配以制动器,构成传动方案简图,将这些简图和对应的传动比公式及传动比变化范围列入表中。设计时,只需根据变速器所需的传动比数值,从表中选出适合的方案简图进行组合,就可得到行星变速器的总体传动方案简图和机构简图,同时,联立求解由表中查得的传动比公式,各轮系齿轮的齿数也能迅速计算出来。It seems still to be complicated and difficult to design the planet gear transmission.Therefore,in this paper,the complex epicyclic gear trains made up by two 2K-H differential gear trains are analyzed,the some complex epicyclic gear trains suitable to the gear ratio range of planet gear transmissions are selected to form the transmission design sketches assembled with brakes,and the transmission designed sketches with the relevant gear ratio formulas and their range of changes are listed in the table.During the design,based on the gear ratio of transmissions needed,the relevant sketches can be chosen from the table and the overall transmission design sketch and kinematic diagram of the planet gear transmission can be obtained,and at the same time,the corresponding gear ratio formulas can be found by referring to the table and the tooth number of various system gear trains can be calculated rapidly as well.
