摘  要:通过测定平菇在种子袋内和出菇后不同生长阶段的酶活,研究其酶活与生长阶段之间的关系。试验采用平菇的两个品种,以麦粒种和棉籽壳为培养基进行培养,并分别测定其不同生长阶段的漆酶与纤维素酶活力。在平菇菌丝长度为40 mm时,两种酶的活性均达到最大值(831:漆酶151.6 U/g、纤维素酶39.255U/g;豫-6:漆酶123.6 U/g、纤维素酶31.038 U/g)。之后酶活随着菌丝的生长缓慢下降,到形成子实体时降至最低。可见平菇的酶活随着菌丝的生长表现出一定的变化趋势。In this paper, the relation of growth and enzyme activities of Pleurotus ostreatus was researched in different growth stage. The activities of laccase and cellulose in two subspecies of Pleurotus ostreatus at different growth stages were assayed and compared in medium containing wheat and cotton waste, respectively. The maximum levels of two enzymes (831:Laccase 151.6U/g、Cellulase 39. 255 U/g; yu-6 :Laccase 123.6 U/g、Cellulase 31. 038 U/g) were detected at the stage of 40 mm mycelium and decreased gradually after that till the lowest level at the stage of carpophore forming. A clear trend of enzyme activity change with hypha growth was found in Pleurotus ostreatus.
