摘　　要：贫困大学生已成为当今高校的一大突出问题,亟待有效解决。贫困女大学生作为贫困生中的一部分,有其特殊性,她们通常表现得更为脆弱、封闭,并且缺少勤工助学的公平机会,她们的贫困可从社会环境、家庭经济、教育体制以及个人方面去溯其根源。为了实现我国“不让一个大学生因贫困而失学”的工作目标,政府、社会、高校和学生本人应形成合力,建立起一套有针对性、长效的扶持体系,帮助她们顺利完成学业、发展成才。The poverty of university students has already become a social problem to be solved urgently, in which the poverty of the girl - students is a integral part. However, the problem of the poverty of the girl - students has its own particularity. Comparatively speaking, they are much weaker, shier and more conservative when facing troubles, and also they are not treated equally while looking for part - time jobs, the causes of which can mainly be found in the social surroundings, the economy conditions of the concerned families, the educational systems and their personalities. In order to realize the goal of “not letting a single student lose education”, the government, the society, the family and the university and college should work together and establish a set of perfect system to help them.
