摘　　要：影响高校就业率的因素是多方面的,它既与社会经济发展状况有关,也与高校就业服务工作、毕业生个人、学校专业设置和学校声誉密切相关。从毕业生个人和学校两个角度对影响高校毕业生就业率的5个主要因素进行了分析,并从学校教育教学以及管理的角度提出了相应对策。Employment - rate of a college is affected by many factors, which has relevance to the development of economy, services for employment of colleges, graduates themselves, specialty setting, and college reputation. It is analyzed from two sides：graduates and colleges. The countermeasures are pointed out from the angle of college＇s teaching and management
