摘　　要：“3＋1”是一种新的教学模式，是对人才培养模式改革的尝试，它注重创新实践能力的发掘和培养，与传统教学模式的主要区别在于，大学前3年完成本科的基本学习任务，大4进行创新实践锻炼。对于现今大学生普遍创新意识不强、创新能力欠佳的现状是一种改变，探索了一条具有特色的人才培养途径。＂3 ＋ 1＂ is a new teaching method, teaching reform is the attempt to train its focus on innovation. With the main difference lies in the traditional mode of teaching ： University of the previous three years to complete all the teaching, the fourth year for innovative practice training. For college students generally do not have a strong sense of innovation and creativity in a poor state of much help. Also explore a unique training approach.
