护理人员法律知识认知水平的调查及对策

摘　　要：目的了解护理人员对法律知识的认知程度,探讨强化护理人员法律意识的措施。方法自行设计调查表,对五家综合性三甲医院从事临床工作的护士长、教学护士、不同护龄的护士采用分层抽样法进行调查。结果84%护理人员的法律知识认知水平偏低,对护士执业条件、患者权利、自身职责权限等方面的理解存在明显缺陷;不同护龄的护理人员对法律知识的认知程度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论护理人员的相关法律知识较欠缺,要重视法制教育,提高护理人员的法律知识水平。Objective To analyze the cognition level on law of nursing staffs and find out the strategies that can strengthen their awareness of law. Method Self- designed questionnaire is used to investigate head nurse.nurse instructor and nurses in different age levels from five general hospitals by Stratified Sampling. Result 84 percent of the nursing staffs has obvious deficiency in understanding requirements of nursing profession . rights of the patients and their own responsibilities and rights, indicating their low level of cognition in law. But age has no obvious effect on it（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Nursing staffs lack the related law knowledge. Pay more attention to the education on law and nursing staffs＇ awareness of law will be improved.
