摘　　要：本文在软件工程和MVC设计模式思想的指导下，论述了基于CELTS标准的基础教育资源库的设计思想，并对基础教育资源库的主要功能及实现技术做了详细的分析和阐述。Under the instruction of software engineering and the thought of MVC design pattern, this article discusses the design and realization of the storehouse of educational resources based on CELTS stands for elementary education. It concretely analyses and illustrates the developing process of the storehouse＇s main parts and functions.
