高强度玻璃纤维复合树脂桩修复牙冠大部分缺损临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨高强度玻璃纤维复合树脂桩的临床修复技术,为临床应用提供参考。方法选取36例58个牙单位牙冠大部分缺损的患者,采用高强度玻璃纤维复合树脂桩核加全瓷冠修复。结果36例58牙均牙冠美观自然,牙龈健康。结论高强度玻璃纤维桩能够提供较好的固位力,高强度玻璃纤维复合树脂桩核加全瓷冠能较好修复牙冠大部分缺损的患牙。Objective To investigate the clinical restoration technique of glass fiber-reinforced composite resin posts so as to provide some guidelines for clinical application. Methods Fifty-eight teeth with large part of dental coronal defect from 36 patients were repaired by the glass fiber-reinforced composite resin posts and resin core. Results After treatment, all the crowns had good esthetic looking and the gingivae kept healthy. Glass fiber-reinforced composite resin post could provide enough retention for the ceramic crown. Conclusion Using glass fiber-reinforced composite resin posts and ceramic crown can restore the teeth Well.
