摘　　要：中兴选择在3G前夜，推出慷慨的员工股权分享计划，背后深意不言自明。中兴的带头效应。Jin Dengshui still recalls his surprise in the morning three months before when his friends called him and asked him to treat them meals.“When will you treat us meals,Mr Millionaire?”Jin joined ZTE in 1997 when he finished his master degree and now is a team leader in the R&D department.According to the First Phase Stock Option Incentive Draft Plan the companies an- nounced on October 26th 2006,he,together with 21 board directors and senior managcment and 3,413 key staff,obtained a total of 47.98 million ZTE A-share flee-float stocks.Calculating at the pricc 30.05 yuan that day,the shares granted would be up to around 1 billion yuan.ZTE granted such a generous employee share-option plan at the eve of China's release of 3G licenses.The company's intention is actually quite obvious.
