医学院校中加强哲学社会科学研究管理的思考

摘　　要：在医学科学研究工作中，哲学社会科学研究与自然科学研究是同等重要的。本文结合首都医科大学哲学社会科学研究管理的实际情况，指出对于医学院校而言，当前的哲学社会科学研究管理工作尚存在许多不足之处，其中三大首要问题是重视程度及梯队建设不足、自身定位及优势把握不足、社科研究成果转化不足并针对每类问题逐一进行了分析，提出了解决对策。呼吁要进一步加强医学院校中的哲学社会科学研究管理工作。With the development of society, the importance of philosophy and social science research is realized by more and more people. And it has been playing an increasingly important role. Many new problems arose from the current medical research field, and it was known that the philosophy and social science is same important as the natural science in the medical science research. To further integrate the management of social science research in Capital University of Medical Sciences, the author pointed out that many deficiencies still remained in the current management of social science research of medical institutions, which are the, three primary issues including the emphasis degree of it and the research personnel team formation, the grasping of their own strengths and positioning, the transfer of social sciences research achievement. By analyzing each type of problem and putting forward corresponding.solutions, it was proposed that the management of philosophy and social science research in the medical institutions also required to be further strengthened.
