摘 要:本文从学生个体的需要和电工实训教学特殊性的需要出发,深入分析了分层教学的必要性。在此基础上,结合全国首家高职高专院校示范性实践教学基地的教学实践,提出了在电工实训课中实施班内分层的教学形式。接着介绍了电工实训实施班内分层教学的教学实践和体会。教学实践证明,班内分层教学形式更适合于电工实训教学。This article head for the demand of students and the demand of speciality of electrical practice training teaching, and deeply analysed the necessity of multi-leveled teaching. Basing on this, and also integrated the teaching practice of the first paradigmtic practical teaching base of higher vocational education and higher special education schools of China, expounded the teaching form which is applying multi-leveled teaching in class in electrical practice training teaching. Subsequently, introduce the teaching practice and comprehension in multi-leveled teaching in electrical practice training teaching. The practice of teaching proving, the form of multi-leveling in class is fit for the electrical practice training teaching.
