摘　　要：高校教师和学生是高等教育教学活动过程中的两个主要角色,也是教学活动中的两个基本要素。作为高等学校的教师,承担着教书育人,推动科学技术进步和服务社会的重要职责,在新形势下如何建立良好的高校师生关系,对高等教育起着重要的作用。本文通过对新形势下高校师生关系现状的分析,提出了建立良好高校师生关系的几点建议,希望能够给今天的高校教育工作者以启示。Teacher and student are two basic elements and play major roles in teaching activity of higher education. As the teachers of higher school, they undertake important responsibilities such as imparting knowledge and educate people, servicing society and promoting the advancement of science and technology,Under new situation how to establish good teacher-student rolationship is very important in higher educational campaign. Several suggestions about how to establish good college teacher-student relationship are brought forward by analyzing the present teacher-student relationship under new situation in this paper ,to give higher education worker valuable apocalypse.
