摘　　要：目的探讨口腔鳞状细胞组织中CyclinD1的表达与临床和病理学特征之间的关系。方法应用免疫组化Envision二步法检测43例口腔鳞癌组织中CyclinD1的表达情况,并将其阳性表达率与口腔鳞癌的患者性别、临床分期、病理分化程度、淋巴结转移情况以及预后做统计学分析。结果CyclinD1在口腔鳞癌中的阳性表达率增加,其阳性表达率与颈淋巴结转移和预后相关,但与患者性别、病理分化程度以及临床分期之间无相关性。结论CyclinD1异常表达在口腔鳞癌的发生、发展中发挥了重要作用,可作为判断口腔鳞癌颈淋巴结转移和预后的一个重要指标。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of cyclinD1 and clinical, pathological characters in oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods 43 cases of primary oral squamous ceil careinoma and 10 eases of normal oral mueosa were examined for cyehnD1 expression using immunohistochemical envision two-step method. The relationship were analyzed between the expression of eydinD1 and sex, clinical stage, degree of differentiation, cervical lymph node metastasis and prognosis. Results In oral squamous ceil carcinoma, eyelinD1 expression increased, which were significantly associated with cervical lymph node metastasis and prognosis but were not associated with sex, degree of differentiation and clinical stage. Conclusion The results demonstrate that the overexpression of eyelinD1 may play an important role in the pathogenesis and eyelinD1 should be used as an important indicator of cervical lymph node metastasis and prognosis.
