近亲结婚子女细胞遗传学分析

摘　　要：本文运用细胞遗传学方法，对所调查的３４６名近亲结婚子女中，选择有临床异常者３０例近亲结婚子女进行了染色体分析，结果显示：３０例中发现异常核型５例，其中３例为２１三体，Ｄｏｗｎ综合征占近亲结婚子女总数的发生率为８．６７‰，高于一般群体发生率（１－２‰），提示近亲结婚与子女２１三体性的发生有一定关系。本文就近亲结婚对子女染色体异常的可能机制作了分析和讨论。The chromosome was examined in 30 offspring of cbnsanguineous marriages(CM)by cytogenetic methods.The results were shown that 5 cases showed chromosomal abnormalities the 30 cases from 34 6 offspring of CM.Among them 3 cases were trisomy 21.Its frequency is 8.67‰.It is higher than that of general population(1-2‰).This suggested there is certain relationship between CM and trisomy 21,The possible mechanism of chromosomal abnormality of CM for their offspring were analhsed and discussed in this paper.
