摘 要:采用砂基培养方法,研究了不同浓度的NaHCO3对大叶紫花苜蓿Medicago sativa叶片叶绿素、脯氨酸、丙二醛含量以及细胞膜透性的影响。结果表明,随着NaHCO3浓度的增大,脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量及细胞膜透性逐渐增大;在NaHCO3浓度为50mmol/L时叶绿素a和b的含量最大,浓度在50~200mmol/L时叶绿素a和b的含量逐渐降低,且叶绿素a降低的趋势比较缓慢。说明大叶紫花苜蓿对低浓度的NaH—CO3胁迫有一定的适应能力。The effect of NaHCO3 stress on content of chlorophyll, proline, MDA and permeability of cell membrane in leaves of Medicago sativa were studied by sand culture. The result showed that the content of proline, MDA and permeability of cell membrane increased with enhancing NaCHO3 concentration. Chlorophyll a and b content reached the highest at 50 mmol/L NaHCO3, and declined with the increasing concentration. Chlorophyll a decreased slightly slower than chlorophyll b. M. staiva had certain adaptability to NaHCO3 stress.
