摘　　要：对136例眼后节细小磁性异物取出后的视力进行回顾性研究。结果表明：致单眼率为56．6％。经统计学分析，致盲的主要原因是玻璃体积血、混浊和外伤性白内障等严重并发症。并对恢复和提高有用视力进行手术治疗的可行性和加强农村及乡镇眼外伤预防的重要性进行了简要的讨论。The vision of 136 cases after extraction of small metallic intraocular foreign body at posterior segment were studied retrospectively. The results showed that the rate of monocular blindness was 56. 6 %. The main causes of blindness by statistical calculation were serious complication of intraocular foreign body such as vitreous hemorrhage. opacity and traumatic cataract. The feasibility for the recover and progress of visual acuity using operation and the importance of emphatic prevention in the countrysides and small towns were briefly discussed.
