摘 要:首次对金钱松内生真菌进行了分离,并以稻瘟霉(Pyriculariaoryza)P-2b活性筛选体系为筛选模型,以水稻纹枯病菌(Corticium sasakii)AS3.2872、亚麻刺盘孢(Colletotrichum lini)AS3.4486、禾谷镰孢(Fusarium graminearum)AS3.4598和棉灰星盘多毛孢菌(Pestalotia gossypii Hori)等4种常见植物病原真菌为指示菌,研究了金钱松内生真菌抗植物病原真菌活性菌株的抗菌能力。结果表明,金钱松内存在着大量具有抗稻瘟霉P-2b活性的内生真菌,JJ18,JJ28,JJ314和JJ323等4株活性菌株对指示菌表现出强烈的广谱抗菌能力,其中JJ314,JJ323可诱导稻瘟霉P-2b菌丝呈现明显的念珠状变形现象,表明这2株活性菌株代谢产物中可能含有低毒性抗真菌成分。金钱松内生真菌是潜在的杀菌生物农药资源。Objective: To study antifungal activity of endophytes from Pseudolarix kaempferi Gord. Method: The endophytes from P.seudolarix kaempferi Gord were separated for the first time. Antifungal endophytes were screened by Pyricularia oryzae P-2b model, and the activity of endophytes against Corticium sasakii AS3. 2872, Colletotrichum lini AS3. 4486, Fusarium graminearum AS3. 4598 and Pestalotia gossypii Hori were studied. Result: There were many endophytes against Pyricularia oryzae P-2b in Pseudolarix kaempferi Gord. JJ18, JJ28, JJ314 and JJ323 had broad-spectrum intense antifungal activity to the four indicators. JJ18 and JJ28 could induced the formation of characteristic beads to the growing Pyricularia oryzae P-2b hyphae, indicating that it was possible for the two strains to produce antifungal agents of weak toxicity. Conclusion: The endophytes from Pseudolarix kaempferi Gord were a potential resource for antifungal agent.
