膳食纤维对动物通便效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]研究一种膳食纤维产品的通便作用。[方法]按照《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003版)中“通便作用检验方法”,将动物小鼠随机分为模型对照组、阴性对照组、低、中、高剂量组5组,经口给予1.5g/kg·bw、3.0g/kg·bw、9.0g/kg·bw剂量的受试物14d后,测定小肠墨汁推进率及排首粒黑便时间,6h内排粪便粒数和粪便重量。[结果]9.0g/kg.bw剂量可显著提高肠蠕动抑制模型小鼠的小肠墨汁推进率,显著增加便秘小鼠粪便重量,1.5g/kg·bw、3.0g/kg·bw、9.0g/kg·bw剂量均能显著缩短便秘小鼠排首粒黑便时间,对便秘小鼠排黑便粒数无显著影响(P﹥0.05)。[结论]该膳食纤维产品对动物具有通便作用。[ Objective] To assess the effects of substance with dietary fiber on feces excretion function. [Methods] In accordance with the method for the assessment of facilitating feces excretion function in Technical Standards for Testing and Assessment of Health Food, ink progressing rate in small intestine, the time for the first feces to be excreted, the number and weight of feces excreted within six hours were tested after mice orally administered with the test substance at 1.5g/kg·bw. 3.0g/kg· bw, 9.0g/kg·bw doses for 14 days. [ Results] The test substance at 9.0g/kg·bw dose could significantly increase intestinal ink progressing rate in intestinal hypoperistalsis mice and increase the feces weight excreted in constipation mice. The test substance at 1.5g/kg·bw, 3.0g/kg·bw, 9.0g/kg·bw doses could markedly shorten the time for the first black feces to be excreted. The test substance did not produce significant effects on the number of the black feces excreted. [Conclusions] The test substance with dietary fiber as its major component can facilitate feces excretion in animals.
