摘 要:[目的]摸清高校、居民小区中水中沙门氏菌情况及两者之间是否有差异,并根据结果,确定优先控制重点,为进一步深入研究和调查提供线索。[方法]在正常运转的中水设施中,选择15个居民小区和15所高校,对各单位中水处理设施清水池的中水按GB/T18920-2002的要求检测包括余氯、总大肠菌群在内的13项指标,并参照其他方法对沙门氏菌进行分离鉴定。计算居民小区和高校中水中总大肠菌群及沙门氏菌的检出率,并进一步比较两者的差别。[结果]高校和居民小区中水处理设施清水池中水中均没有检出沙门氏菌,总大肠菌群的不合格率两者之间不存在差异。分析原因,中水的推广使用过程中存在很多问题,中水处理设施正常运行的单位较少,没有可供选择的足够的样本量,也不能完全随机选取,样本量较小。沙门氏菌检测方法没有相应的国家标准,检测参照标准方法进行。[结论]高校、居民小区中水处理设施处理能力、管理水平相当。[Objective] To investigate the situation and differences of salmonella in the recycled water of colleges and residential areas. To ascertain the preferential point to control and provide tracks for further study and investigation according to the results. [Methods] 15 colleges and 15 residential areas in normal running recycled water installations were choosed. 13 indexes including remaining chlorine, coliform bacteria according to GB/T18920-2002 were detected and salmonella were separated and identified according to other standard methods. Then the detection rates of salmonella and coliform bacteria were calculated and compared. [Results] Salmonella had not been tested out either in colleges or in residential areas and the yield of coliform bacteria had no differences. There were many problems in the generation of recycled water. Complete random sampling was not allowed because of having no enough samples to be chcosen and samples were small. Salmonella was tested according to standard method. The deal ability and administrative levels were balanced in colleges and residential areas. [Conclusions] The work ability and management level of recycled water installations in colleges and residential areas are comparative.
