摘　　要：给出任意体Ｋ上非齐次右矩阵方程ＡｍｎＸ＝Ｂｍｓ的相容条件和其解的结构定理，以及求解的一个简便方法。A consistence condition of inhomogeneous right matrix equation over any skew field A mn X=B ms and a structural theorem of the solution to this equation are given, with a simple process for finding the solution to this equation presented in the very paper.
