摘 要:本文住流动法测定装置中测定了茶多酚在超临界二氧化碳中的溶解度,温度分别为40℃、60℃和80℃,压力范围为12~22MPa。在80℃,21MPa下,测定了干茶叶(加或不加夹带剂)中茶多酚的萃取量与CO_2累计用量的关系。最后将萃取物经简单分离,得到相对纯度为95.45%的茶多酚和相对纯度为86.54%的咖啡因。An apparatus is set up for the study of extraction and measuring solubilities of solid solutes in supercritical CO2. The solubilities of tea catechins at different temperatus(40℃ ,60℃ and 80℃ )and pressure range from 12MPa to 22MPa are measured and the data are correlated with a folmula of 6 parameters. At 80℃ and 21MPa,the relations between total used CO2 and the extraction quantities of tea catechins without cosolvent(aquaous of containing ethanol 75 wt. % )and with it are measured. 20g tea are extracted with 10 ml cosolvent about in one hour and 141. 1 L CO2 are used. The extracted products are simply separated. 0. 067g caffeine of 86. 51% purity and 0. 043g tea catechins of 95. 15% purity are gotten.
