摘 要:数学家成长过程的复杂性,在一定程度上,取决于自然地域、经济状况、历史文化等特征.认为:数学家成材的客观因素既有深厚的文化传统、良好的家庭教育和学校教育的影响,又有周围有知识和有眼光的人的影响,教师无疑是影响数学家成材的关键性人物.数学家成材的关键条件还在于自身的主动性上,体现在青少年时期的强烈的好奇心和求知欲,浓厚的认知兴趣和广泛的爱好,敢于智力活动的冒险,渴望独立自由的创新以及极强的自信心和进取心等方面.这些影响数学家成材的主客观因素,启示着数学教育理应走向高效率的创造性思维教学的自由境界.The complex process of a mathematician's success partially was decided by the factors such as natural location, economic situation, history, culture and so on. The authors believed that on the one hand the important objective factors were the influence of deep cultural tradition, better family education and school education, on the other hand, the influence of the people with rich knowledge and foresight, such as teachers usually may be the crucial persons. Moreover, the most important subjective conditions for a mathematician's success they believe was the person him / herself, for example, the child's initiative, strong curiosity, desire for knowledge, strong interest and wide taste as well as adventuresome personality for knowledge, the aspiration for independently and freely creation, and strong confidence and enterprise. Both subjective and objective factors, which affect the success of a mathematician, indicate that math education should follow a way that could lead to high proficiency and great creative thinking.
