摘　　要：随着来华留学生的增多,留学生后勤保障问题突显,本文从树立留学生后勤工作新理念、转变后勤管理模式以及创新留学生后勤管理方法三方面对如何作好留学生后勤保障工作做了一些探索。With the increasing quantity of foreign students,more and more problems of foreign students'rear-service are found.To resolve these problems,we must transform our rear-service concepts,change our mode of management and create new method.
