摘　　要：介绍了目前国内外几个典型视频检索系统,对其关键技术进行了分析。针对已有视频检索系统的不足,设计并实现了一种基于镜头内容的视频检索系统,介绍了该系统采用的关键技术,并对系统进行了测试和验证。This paper introduces the recent several video retrieval systems and analyzes their key techniques. Considering the shortcomings in existing systems,a video retrieval system is designed and realized based on shot contents,and the key techniques used in this system are introduced. Finally,test and verification are given.
