摘　　要：文章首先对基于时间竞争的内涵进行了阐述,接着分析了基于时间竞争企业的特点,最后提出了基于时间竞争企业的组织结构模型、外部运行模式和内部运行模式。This paper illustrates the meaning of time-based competition, and analyses the main characteristics of time-based enterprise, then proposes the structure model, internal and external operational mode of time-based enterprise.
