摘  要:针对当前我国高校教师评价存在的主要问题,应确立“以教师为本,促进教师持续成长与发展”的评价观;重视教师教学过程的评价,注重评价方式的人文化;扩展科研评价的内涵,立足采纳切合高校自身办学定位的科研评价内容和方式;以凸显教师主体性的自我评价为主导,坚持评价主体的多元化;重视评价的反馈环节,赋予教师充分的话语权。Directed against the current major problems existing in the evaluation of university teachers, the notion of "teacher-centeredness and promoting teachers' sustainable growth and development" must be established. Emphasis must be laid on evaluation of the teaching process and the humanistic ways of evaluation. Connotation of scientific evaluation must be expanded and contents and ways of scientific research evaluation suitable to the university itself must be adopted. Teachers' self-evaluation manifesting teacher-centeredness must be the mainstream and attention must be paid to the diversification of the evaluation subjects. Feedback must be valued and enough rights of expressing themselves must be given to teachers.
