摘  要:研究首先从5种培养基中筛选出最合适的培养基,即N2培养基,具有制备方便、成本低的优点,适宜于规模化应用;进一步研究了N2培养基对试管苗继代培养以及对不同品种试管苗生长的影响;研究了马铃薯微型原种组培快繁的关键因素,结果表明:马铃薯脱毒微型薯组培快繁的最佳培养基是N2:N1+吲哚乙酸(IAA,5mg/1000ml)和奈乙酸(NAA,3mg/1000ml)。At first, the study has screened out the most suitable medium from five kinds of media . so it is the medium of N2 ,the medium has the advantage of Preparing easily and cheaply, and comfort for massive application; then he study has done experiment that the medium of N2 affect posterior and growing about different kinds of seedling seedling in test tube in test tube, at last studied the key factor in the process of micro-potato application of tissue rapid propagation. The results of studies on Detoxified Technique of Potato: The best Culture Media of detoxified technique of Potato and the application of tissue rapid propagation of Micro-potato is N2: N1+IAA (5 mg/1000ml)+NAA (3 mg/1000ml).
