摘　　要：大学生道德教育应该从德性培养着眼,从德行塑造入手才可能具有实效性。培养大学生德性,塑造大学生德行要想达到我们所期望的教育效果,需要将学科知识教学还原为文化教育,营造一个具有历史连贯性的校园文化环境,设计有序的校团活动,注重大学生德性形成的经验性学习。Moral education for undergraduates should have the cultivation of moral quality in mind and set about figuring the moral integrity so as to have actual effect. To achieve the educational purposes what we anticipate, the cultivation of moral quality and figuring of moral integrity for undergraduates needs to reverting knowledge instruction to cultural cultivation, constructing campus cultural circumstance with historical consistency, designing sequential campus activities, attaching importace to experiential learning of undergraduates＇ cultivation of moral quality.
