摘　　要：时代的发展和社会的进步,对成人教育的创新和发展提出了更高的要求。成人教育必须积极适应时代和社会发展的需要,树立更为先进的教育思想和观念。从办学理念、运行机制、教学管理与方法等几个方面,进行大胆的探索和创新,才能推动其现代化发展。With the development of the time and the progress of the society, thereis a greater demand on the reform and development of adult education. Thus adult education must establish more advanced teaching ideas to adapt to this demand. Several aspects, such as the educational ideas, the operational mechanism and the management methods of the education, are mentioned in this article to discuss the importance of the innovation for adult education in the new period, which can promote its own modernization.
