摘　　要：采用日立—２９５型红外光谱仪的ＭＩＲ—４型内反射装置，对食品包装薄膜以及其他高分子材料等进行了分析测定．对市场部分保健食品及饮料包装进行了有无毒害鉴定，对维护消费者利益及健康起着极为重要的作用．The food packing film and other macromolecular materials are analysed by means of the Model MIR-4 Multiple Internal Reflection Attachment in the Hitachi Model 295 Infrared Spectrophotometers.Whether or not the food and beverage packing in the market contains poisonous elements is detected at the same time.The detection is important in maitaining the consumersbenefit.
