摘　　要：课程咨询机制的建立是课程运作正常化的逻辑起点，它按照科学的程序和方法，帮助决策者预测、分析有关情况，优化决策目标，拟制决策各种备选方案，供决策者选择，以防止或尽最大可能地减少决策失误，为课程决策提供理论和技术指导。我们在分析课程咨询机制的功能、运作方式的基础上，提出了完善我国课程咨询机制的策略与建议。The setup of the consultative mechanism of curriculum is the logical starting point for the normal operation of curriculum. According to the scientific procedures and methods, this consultative mecbanism helps policy-makers to predict and analyze some situations, optimize policy-making aims, draw up possible programs for policy-makers to choose so as to avoid the mistakes in making policies, provide theoretical and technological guidance for policy-making. Some strategies and suggestions are put forward for better consultative mechanism in China based on analyzing the functions and operational methods of the mechanism.
