摘 要:针对现存多缸内燃机曲轴平衡重设计的不足,基于虚拟样机技术对曲轴平衡重进行动态优化设计。以四缸内燃机曲轴为例,论述了平衡重设计所面临的若干问题,提出了一系列切实可行的解决方案并归纳为动态优化设计的设计流程。结果表明:优化目标的合理选取对设计流程的成功实现十分重要,且针对集中质量的动态优化设计不会为整个设计流程的可靠性带来潜在的风险。Aimed at the current deficiencies in design of crankshaft counterweights, a simulation-based dynamic optimal design process of crankshaft counterweights had been executed. Particularly, by making an example of 4-clynder engine's crankshaft, a detailed discuss on several important aspects was presented. A series of effective solutions were put forward, which had been inducted into a procedure flow chart of dynamic optimal design. Calculation Results indicate that the success of optimal course depends on appropriate choice on optimal objective, moreover, an optimal design based on single-point-mass model brings no potential risk to the dependability of whole dynamic optimal design course.
