摘　　要：联邦教育与科学部、联邦职业教育研究所、联邦有关专业部和联邦劳动与社会秩序部是德国联邦一级职业教育的行政管理机构。联邦教育与科学部职业教育行政管理的突出特点是具有所谓一般性的权力和协调的权力。联邦职业教育研究所具有研究、协调、咨询和参与决策等多项职能。联邦有关专业部是德国各有关专业领域在政府的代言人。联邦劳动与社会秩序部及联邦劳动局在职业教育方面的主要任务是预测劳动市场变化和劳动力需求，提供促进转行职业培训和重新就业培训经费，为受过职业教育和职业培训的谋职者介绍工作、提供咨询。The federal education and science ministry, the federal vocational education research institute, the federal related specialized ministry and the federal labour and social order ministry are administrativemanagerial organs of vocational education at the federal level in Germany. The prominent characteristic in vocational education administration by the federal education and science ministry is to have the so-called general and coordinated authority, the federal vocational education research institute has many functions of researching, coordinating, consulting and participating decision-making and so on, the federal related specialized ministry is the spokesmen of each related specialized domain in German government ,which the primary mission in the vocational education by the federal la- bour and social order ministry and the federal department of labor is to forecast the labor market change and the labor force demand, to provide funds to promote the changing introduce work and to provide the consultation for the and the occupation training.
