非智力因素提高的动机与行为策略研究

摘  要:采用自编素质调查问卷对重庆某高校492名大学生从人际关系、自我结构、性格等8个维度来探讨大学生非智力因素状况及其对文化素质的影响。研究发现:1.大学生在适应、自我结构、性格结构、人际关系等方面还存在明显不足,且在不同性别、年级和户籍间存在较大的不均衡性。2.非智力因素是大学生的文化素质状况和文化素质满意度的重要影响因素,回归分析表明,人际关系、主动提高自己、需要层次和生活目标对文化素质有直接或者间接的预测作用。3.非智力因素得分高的大学生更多参加培训,选二专,去图书馆等。4.非智力因素的培养应该从小做起,并从学校、社会、个人和家庭方面综合考虑。To study the related factors of non-intelligence factors and its influences on cultural qualifies,492 college students were tested through a self-compiled questionnaire in 8 aspects, such as interpersonal relationship, self-structure and so on. Results: ①College students had significant insufficiency in these aspects-adapfion, self-structure, disposition, interpersonal relationship. What's more, there are remarkable differences in gender, grade and household register.② The non-intelligence factors had significant influence on cultural qualifies and self-satisfaction. Regression analysis indicated that, interpersonal relationship, self-improvement, the level of need and life goal have direct or indirect forecast function on cultural quality.③ Students who often participate training, elect two speualities, go to library acquire a higher score of non-intelligence factor. ④ The interference with non-intelligence factors not only should be stressed while as a child,but efforts should be made by community, school and family.
