摘　　要：HPCE具有快速分离、高效等优点,成为发展迅速的分离、检测手段之一。本文介绍了HPCE的分离模式及利用HPCE诊断某些疾病的方法及原理。There were a lot of advantages of HPCE, such as fast separation, high sensitivity and so on. It was one of the methods of separation and determination which is rapid develompent. The separative mode of HPCE, method and principle of HPCE in the field of diagnosing some diseases was introduced in this review.
