中学体育教学改革的探索

摘　　要：通过对体育教学改革的理论学习和实践体会,提出中学体育教学应根据具体学校情况确立相应的教学目标;现行体育教材内容,教学形式与方法的改革应创设适应人才成才规律的体育教学模式,传统的教学体制改革,应确立与体育教育教学,身体锻炼和增强体质目标一致的教学大纲.By studying the theory of PE reformation and having the teaching experience,the paper based on particular school＇s situation, that physical education should have its equivalent teaching objectives, current thaching content, reformation of teaching style, and methods should be suitable for the rule of cultivating talents. Reformation of traditional education system should have a teaching ontline which conforms with the goal of PE education ,physical training and building- up health.
