摘  要:本文测定了茶花、油茶花和杂花粉中蛋白质和氨基酸的含量。首次使用高浓度茶皂甙对群蜂进行现场毒性试验。结果表明,茶花粉中蛋白质、游离氨基酸和水解必需氨基酸的总量高于油茶花粉和杂花粉。试验证实了茶皂甙对蜜蜂无毒性作用。The contents of protein and amino acids in pollen of tea, tea-oil tree and the mixed pollen with other plants were determined.The toxic test was carried out using the high concentration of theasaponin to bees. Results showed, the total contents of protein, free amino acids and hydrolyticssen tial amino acids in tea pollen were higher than those of tea-oil tree and the mixed pollen with other plants. The experiments demonstrated that theasa ponin was safe to bees.
