摘　　要：高职院校产学合作是高等职业教育改革与发展的方向之一。也是提高高职院校创新能力的重要途径之一。本文结合空调专业产学合作实践,探讨了“工学交替”合作人才培养模式的构建、运行和合作平台的建设。The cooperation of quality colleges and enterprises will be one of strategic directions which the higher vocational education will reform and develops, also enhances one of independent innovation ability important ways. This article unifies the practice of air conditioning special in cooperation of enterprises, introduced the personnel training modes of ＂the technology takes turn＂ at construction ,movement and the construction conditons on cooperation placform.
