摘　　要：中国新农村建设的本质是中国社会主义现代化建设必然要经历的一个乡村工业化、城市化的过程。这一过程,不仅是中国现代新农民诞生和成长的过程,也是中国现代新公民诞生和成长的过程,还是中国公民教育事业整体推进的过程。The essence about building Chinese new countryside is a course of necessary industrialization and civilization for China socialist modernization construction. It is not only the process of birth and growth about the Chinese new peasantry and the new citizenry but also the process of Chinese citizenry education progress as integration.
