摘　　要：用直接酯化法由异VC和癸酸合成了异VC癸酸酯,并用FT-IR和1HNMR对目标化合物的结构进行了表征。与异VC相比较,异VC癸酸酯的脂溶性明显增大。在溶解度试验的基础上,建立了简单易行、费用低廉的分离纯化方法。Using concentrated suffurie acid as the reaction medium and catalyst, D-isoascorbyl eaprate （D-IAC） was synthesized from D-isoascorbic acid and capric acid at room temperature .The D-IAC was characterized by FT-IR and ^1HNMR. Based on the solubility test of the D-IAC in common organic solvents,a simple and feasible procedure for purification of the target product was established.
