摘 要:针对电子实验教学滞后于电子技术发展、教师备课压力大而效果差、专职实验教学教师教研水平不适应新形势要求等在电子实验教学中普遍存在的问题,提出了电子实验教学合作式备课模式。通过明确目标、个体发挥、资源共享、相互验证、评价反思、行为跟进等一系列合作备课环节和形式,把握、运用合作模式在心理、效率及非认知品质方面的规律和作用,充分调动和发挥教师的热情和潜能。经过两个学期的实践,中心教研氛围日趋浓厚,教学效果显著提高。This paper puts forward a kind of cooperative preparing for electron experiment teaching mode to resolve some common questions in electron experiment teaching, such as teaching can't keep up with electron technology's development, teachers hold great pressure for preparing teaching and it can't prove effective, full- time experiment teachers aren't good at teaching research, and so on. The teachers are inspired and exerted in passion and potential fully by not only grasping and using some rule and function in mind, efficiency and non- cognitive characters but also using a series of cooperative teaching steps and forms. The process of cooperative preparing for lessons includes identifying objects, exerting individuality, sharing resources, validating each other, evaluating and self- reflecting, keeping up with actions, and so on. Two terms practice proved that this mode is effective to improve teaching quality.
