摘　　要：分析了药物量效关系曲线实验中常见错误,提高了药理学实验教学的质量。通过分析学生在实验中存在的常见问题,采取实验前针对性的讲解和实验中的指导,提高了实验成功率。该文中提到的理论基础知识和系统、规范的实验操作技能的训练,是达到提高学生动手能力和创新素质的重要环节。This paper analyzes some common mistakes in Dose - Effect relationship experiment, and with the analysis taken into consideration, the quality of pharmacology experiment teaching has been improved. Before the experiment, some detailed explanation will be given to the students. During the experiment, teachers will give instructions. Thus, more students will succeed in the experiment. This paper introduces essential theories and systemic operating skills in experiment so that students can greatly improve their abilities.
