摘　　要：自我同一性与人的心理健康关系密切。大学生自我同一性是影响大学生心理健康的重要因素。在内外因素的相互作用下,大学生的自我同一性呈现出不同的发展水平。心理健康教育是促进大学生自我同一性发展的重要途径,应根据大学生自我同一性发展的实际,采取相应的教育措施,以促进大学生自我同一性的发展及完善,从而实现大学生心理的健康发展。The self-identity has a close relation with the human mental health. The college student＇s self-identity is the important factor to influence college student＇s mental health. Affected by the inside and outside elements mutually, the college student＇s self-identity presents different developmental levels. The mental-health education is an important channel to promote college student＇s development of self-identity. According to its actual conditions, the college should take appropriate educational measures to promote the development and perfection of college student＇s self-identity, and then achieve the healthy development of college student＇s psychology.
