摘　　要：【目的】探讨膀胱移行细胞癌组织基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和环氧合酶-2(COX-2)的表达和相互关系。【方法】免疫组织化学SABC法检测57例膀胱移行细胞癌组织及12例正常膀胱组织MMP-2及COX-2的蛋白表达情况。【结果】正常膀胱组织中均未见MMP-2和COX-2蛋白表达,膀胱移行细胞癌组织中MMP-2和COX-2蛋白的阳性表达率分别为49.12%和63.16%。两者的阳性表达与肿瘤的病理分级、临床分期显著相关。MMP-2的表达与COX-2的表达密切相关。【结论】MMP-2、COX-2在膀胱移行细胞癌发展中可能起着重要的作用。并且它们之间可能具有协同作用。[Objective]To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2（MMP-2） and cyclooxygenase 2（COX-2） protein in bladder cancer,and to explore their relationship. [Methods]Immunohistochemical assay was used to detect the expression of MMP-2 and COX-2 protein in cancerous tissues from 57 bladder transitional cell carcinoma（BTCC） patients and 12 normal bladder tissues. [Results]No marked expression of MMP-2 and COX-2 was observed in the normal bladder tissues. The positive rate of MMP-2 and COX-2 in BTCC was 49.12%and 63.16% respectively. There was significant relationship between MMP-2 and COX-2 protein expression and patients＇ TNM stage and pathological grade（ P 〈0.05）. The expression of COX-2 protein was significantly correlated with MMP-2 protein expression. [Conclusion]MMP-2 and COX-2 may play a synergetic role in the process of BTCC carcinogenesis.
