摘  要:采用高效液相色谱法测定食品中的抗氧化剂特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)。样品经甲醇提取过滤后测定,检测波长为280 nm,流动相为乙腈-水(含1%的乙酸,体积比为45:55),结果表明,TBHQ回收率大于85%,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2%。该方法简单、快捷、准确,可广泛应用于油脂及多种食品中TBHQ的检测。A HPLC procedure was developed for the determination of tertiary butylhydroquinone(TBHQ) in food. After the sample was extracted with methanol and filtered it can be determined with HPLC. 3he detect wavelength was 280 run, and the mobile phase was acetonitrile and H20 ( the ratio of vol-ume was 45:55) .3he recover" of the TBHQ was upwards 85% and the relative standard deviation was less than 2% .3he facile method was efficient,accu- rate and suitable for routine analysis of TBHQ in oil and foods.
