摘　　要：该文论述了由于高职教育发展迅猛而带来的高职师资队伍建设所面临的种种困境,对种种困境进行客观地分析,并从教育主管部门、学校和高职教师自身等角度提出缓解困境的激励机制。对当前发展高职教育事业的瓶颈问题进行了理性的探索。This paper discusses the difficulties higher vocational colleges face with in building their faculty teams during their quick development in recent years, objectively analyzes the difficulties and puts forward countermeasures from the angle of educational executive departments, colleges and teachers.
