摘　　要：目的:研究真养产碱杆菌发酵生产聚-β-羟基丁酸(PHB)的最优化培养条件及其产生PHB的生物学过程。方法:对真养产碱杆菌发酵生产PHB的培养基组分和培养条件进行优化。结果:真养产碱杆菌发酵生产PHB的最优化培养基组成和培养条件为:葡萄糖4.0%,硫酸铵0.3%,pH7.2,装液量80mL/250mL,接种量10%。结论:在上述培养条件下真养产碱杆菌培养30h时,PHB的质量浓度达到最高值0.825g/L,细胞干重为1.734g/L。objective： The optimal culture conditions and bioprocess for the production of PHB from Alcaligenes eutrophus were studied. Methods： The medium components and the culture condition were optimized. Results： The results indicated that the optimal medium composition and culture conditions for the production of PHB from Alcaligenes eutrophus were as follows： glucose of 4.0%, ammonia sulfate of 0.3%, pH of 7.2, the fermented liquor volumn of 80 mL/ 250 mL and the inoculum size of 10%. Conclusions： Under the above conditions, the highest PHB concentration of 0.825 g/L and the cell dry weight of 1.734 g/L were obtained when Alcaligenes eutrophus was cultured for 30 h.
